Watford Grammar is an outstanding school located in the centre of Watford, just a stone’s throw from Watford Station, and easily accessible from the M1 and M25. It’s in this well-equipped building that we’re proud to run our summer camps and Easter camps in Watford for 3-11 year olds, and the facilities here make it easy; there’s plenty of outside space, as well as a purpose-built art room, and an impressive indoor sports hall.
At our summer camps and Easter camps in Watford, campers are divided into groups depending on their age: 3-4 year olds, 5-7 year olds, and 8-11 year olds.
During an extremely important time in their childhoods, our nursery-style ‘Playtime’ activities that we offer have been devised with the help of experts to support your child’s social and physical development. Therefore role play and imagination games, interactive story time, child-led free playtime, plus some active games, will all be cropping up on the timetable.
Our Magic programme has been designed for 5-7 year olds, so in addition to having plenty of fun, you’ll know that your kids are taking part in activities that aid their flourishing independence, their ability to take on challenges, and their confidence in making personal choices.
8-11 year olds tend to have a lot of energy to burn, so our ‘Active’ programme gets them up and moving. From dance-offs to ball sports, there’s plenty to get stuck into, with sessions such as jewellery making available to settle down with.
Each camp programme is tailor-made by age group
There is something for everyone to enjoy from the craft-loving 7 year old to the most energetic 10 year old.
Nursery-style care has never been more exhilarating, each day is filled with activity sessions
Remember how much energy you had at this age? Our new itinerary is jam-packed with activities
Even more creative and sports activities are thread through this programme
Our smash hit programme for teens brings in more personal choice with Chill and Choose sessions
My little one had a great time at Camp Beaumont! When your 5 year old doesn't even look back when you wave them off in the morning - you know they're doing something great.
