Camp Beaumont are thrilled to be running day camps from the awe-inspiring Berkhamsted Pre-Prep School. All our campers will have the chance to experience the outstanding facilities available at this school location with a host of over 30 activities each week, per age group.
Located next to the beautiful Chiltern countryside, and within easy reach of London by road or public transport, Berkhamsted Pre-Prep School has immense sports grounds and facilities that include a sports hall, as well as an astro pitch/MUGA, and a wonderful art room for all our arts and crafts sessions.

As a result swimming won't be available during that period of time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We would love to welcome your child to Camp Beaumont. Day camps open at 8:30am for arrival no later than 9:15am and collection is between 4:30pm and 5:30pm.
To help busy parents and for ease, we have created a Parent Centre where you can find out all the information you need to know. As soon as you have made your booking, you will also receive a booking confirmation email with all the essential details.
Important information – our medical and information forms need to be completed online via your account ahead of camp and each time you book with us. Even if your child has been to camp before, you do need to check and confirm the declarations are still correct. For any other questions, please visit our Parent Centre or our FAQs.

We’re excited to welcome children aged between 3 and 11 to Berkhamsted Prep School, located in the Dacorum area of Hertfordshire. From here, Camp Beaumont provides summer camps, half term camps, easter holiday camps and school holiday camps in Berkhamstead that boost confidence, encourage friendships, and give parents the peace of mind they deserve. Fun is guaranteed too!
The location of Berkhamsted Prep School, set within the Chiltern countryside, has the benefit of fantastic transport connections from London for easy drop offs and collections. It also boasts all the space and facilities needed for Camp Beaumont’s fun-filled schedule of activities, including a sports hall, swimming pool, playground area, and art room.
Our day camp programmes are put together with the needs of your child’s age group in mind, with enough to keep them active, engaged and amused from the moment they’re dropped off at Berkhamsted Prep throughout half terms and Easter holidays. Timetables could include anything from a spot of swimming to clay workshops, promoting the independence they’re beginning to get their hang of as they navigate their school years.
We know that childcare can be a problem throughout the school holidays for busy parents, and it can be hard to strike a balance; that’s why we’ve created a truly special place in which your child can thrive. We’re proud to say that our summer camps offer a safe and fun environment where your little one can enjoy a range of activities, from arts and crafts, to energetic play - they’ll come home with plenty to tell you about their day!
Learning new skills, making friends, and having a tonne of fun are all on the cards for your child throughout half terms at Camp Beaumont, with programmes that suit your child’s age group down to the ground. The raft of activities could include ball sports, water wars, wellness workshops or even street dance battles; plenty of ways to use up all that energy!
