One | Apply Online

Have look through all the camps and staff job roles we have available, then apply online and start a new adventure with us!

 

Two | Attend an Experience Day (1 Day)

If your application is successful then you will be invited to attend a Staff Experience Day, these happen at various locations across the London and throughout the year in the lead up to our camps. This day is for you to experience what Camp Beaumont is all about and for us to assess your suitability to join our team.

 

Three | Onboarding

If successful on your Experience Day you will be formally offered a job – now for the boring bit, the paperwork! Our advice get it done as soon as possible, we will need to organise your DBS* and once this is sorted, we have your references and the rest of your paperwork you are good to go!

*DBS – the cost of this minus the administration fees is deducted from your first salary payment (£44)

 

Four | Training (E-Learning + 1 Day)

You will be given access to Flow, our e-learning platform, which will have a number of digital modules for you to complete. Again get these done as soon as you can so you are best prepared to start with us.

You are also required to attend a 1 day training session, these happen across London throughout the year and will give you the skills to shine at camp.

Five | Staff Kick Off Day - Induction (1 Day)

This is a compulsory induction day at your camp, they usually take place on the Saturday prior to the camp opening and is an opportunity to meet your team, set the camp up and familiarise yourself with the site and policies. - This is run by the Camp Management Team.

Management Teams

One | Apply Online

Two | Phone Interview (20 minutes)

If you are successful with your application our team will arrange a short phone interview to ask a few questions and assess your suitability.

 

Three | Group Interview (90 minutes)

After a successful phone interview you will be invited to a group interview, where you and 12 other candidates will face a number of tasks over a 90 minute period in your final assessment to become a member of our management team.

These happen throughout the year in a central London location.

 

Four | Onboarding

If successful on your Group Interview you will be formally offered a job – now for the boring bit, the paperwork! Our advice get it done as soon as possible, we will need to organise your DBS* and once this is sorted, we have your references and the rest of your paperwork you are good to go!

Five | Training (E-learning + 1/2 Days)

You will be given access to Flow, our e-learning platform, which will have a number of digital modules for you to complete. Again get these done as soon as you can so you are best prepared to start with us.

You are also required to attend a Managers Training Session. We run a 1 day Managers training programme prior to every half term and Christmas camp and then a two day residential ahead of Easter and Summer. – You must attend one of the residential programmes every year.

Six | Staff Kick Off Day (1 Day)

This day is run by you and your management team. This is an opportunity to shape your team, set up the camp and ensure everything is ready to open. These days usually take place on the Saturday prior to the camp opening.

Operations Teams

One | Apply Online

The Camp Manager has overall responsibility for the camp. You will be the person that everyone at the camp looks to for motivation

 

Two | Phone Interview (20 minutes)

If you are successful with your application our team will arrange a short phone interview to ask a few questions and assess your suitability.

 

Three | Face to face Interview & Operations HQ Visit (60 minutes)

After a successful phone interview you will be invited to a final interview and show round of Operations HQ in Dagenham, Essex.

 

Four | Onboarding

If successful in your Interview you will be formally offered a job – now for the boring bit, the paperwork! Our advice get it done as soon as possible, we will need to organise your DBS* and once this is sorted, we have your references and the rest of your paperwork you are good to go!

Five | Training & Induction (E-learning + 1 Day)

You will be given access to Flow, our e-learning platform, which will have a number of digital modules for you to complete. Again get these done as soon as you can so you are best prepared to start with us. - You are also required to attend an Operational Training and Induction Session at our Operational HQ.
