Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare

Camp Beaumont supports the facilitation of childcare costs for working families by accepting payment from government funded schemes such as the Childcare Voucher Scheme, Tax-Free Childcare and the Childcare Grant Service.

How to book using Childcare Vouchers (CCV)

Step 1: Go through the booking process in the usual way.
‍Step 2: Once at the payment stage through our partner PonchoPay please choose ‘Childcare Vouchers’.
‍Step 3: Search for your Childcare Voucher provider’s name e.g. Edenred, Sodexo, Computershare. Please note: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all voucher payments. If voucher funds are not received within 14 days of the booking being placed, this card may be charged for the full value of the voucher payment. This payment will be used in place of the voucher payment and is not an additional fee. Should the vouchers be received at a later date, the card payment will be refunded accordingly.
‍Step 4: Please follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your voucher provider by searching the on-screen account reference, once this is completed please select 'I've made the payment' and your booking will be confirmed subject to receipt of payment.
‍Step 5: Once your voucher payment has been received the payment will be reflected on your account.

How to book using Tax-Free Childcare (TFC)

At checkout select 'Tax-Free Childcare' and then selecting either 'Login for express checkout' or 'Standard checkout'. The Express Checkout leads you directly to the Goverment TFC portal in order to send payment immediately before the booking can be processed.
The standard checkout enables you to pay using a mixture of Payments which can be made with all major Cards, Bank Transfer, Childcare Vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare or a combinations of these.
We require your unique reference number for your child in order to allocate your payment to your booking, so we ask that this included when prompted whilst in the checkout process. Your unique reference number can be easily found via your Government Gateway account.

Please note: If selecting 'Standard checkout', a valid credit or debit card is required to secure the TFC payments. If the TFC funds are not received within 14 days of the booking being placed, this card may be charged for the full value of the TFC payment. This payment will be used in place of the TFC payment and is not an additional fee. Should the vouchers be received at a later date, the card payment will be refunded accordingly.

You can choose to pay up to 100% of your booking by the childcare vouchers or the government tax free childcare scheme.
For every £8 you pay in to your government tax-free childcare account, the government will automatically add £2, up to the value of £2,000 per child per year, or £4,000 for disabled children.
You are eligible for government tax-free childcare vouchers if you are a working family (including the self-employed) in the UK, earn under £100k and at least the National Minimum or Living Wage for 16 hours, aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal credit or Childcare Vouchers and you have children aged 0-11 (up to 16 if disabled).‍
