To use the childcare vouchers you will need to make the booking or online with us over the phone. Once you receive your confirmation email, it will provide instructions on how to make your childcare voucher payment. When using Tax Free Childcare you will need to contact us once payment has been made to confirm your reference number and booking number.
Camp Beaumont accepts all childcare vouchers as a form of full or part payment for bookings. Below you can find all of our account numbers with the different voucher providers. If you are unable to find your provider listed please call our team on 01603 851 000.
To make a payment through your childcare vouchers or government tax free childcare scheme you will need Camp Beaumont’s account number which you will below. If you take note of the account number and log on into your childcare company account, use the account number to find Camp Beaumont and send over the amount you wish to pay. Please use your booking reference or child’s name as your payment reference. Once you have made the payment please email the remittance to customerexperience@campbeaumont.co.uk
You can choose to pay up to 100% of your booking by the childcare vouchers or the government tax free childcare scheme.
Please ensure that we receive payment within 7 working days of the booking being made, we will send reminders if we have not received the remittance within this timeframe. Be advised, payments can take up to 3-5 workings days to reach us. Payment must be made in full prior to your child's first day at camp.
