Ideally located between the M1 and the M25, Haberdashers’ Boys’ School is a 100-acre campus that provides the perfect venue for Camp Beaumont’s summer camps, easter camps and half term camps near Borehamwood. As a school that has really invested in its sports facilities, a programme of fun and active sessions isn’t hard to put on for our Camp Beaumont team - it’s from Haberdasher’s School that we’re proud to run day camps for 3-11 year olds.
Features of this well-appointed facility include arts and crafts rooms, a swimming pool, an indoor climbing wall, playing field, and a sports hall.
At Camp Beaumont’s day camps, children are split into their age groups - 3-4 year olds, 5-7 year olds, and 8-11 year olds.
During what is undoubtedly a crucial time for this age group, we’ve worked with experts to ensure that the nursery-style ‘Playtime’ activities that we offer support their social and physical development. This includes role play and imagination games, interactive story time, child-led free playtime, and some active games too.
Our ‘Magic’ programme is designed for 5-7 year olds, and as well as having fun, you can expect children to enjoy activities that help them develop their independence, handle challenges, and feel more confident in making personal choices.
With lots of energy to expend, you can bet that our ‘Active’ programme gets them up and about and blowing off steam. From dance battles and ball sports to ‘aqua Olympics’ and ‘wet, wild and wacky’, there’s plenty to get stuck into, with activities such as jewellery making and chill and choose to wind down with.
Camp Beaumont is now 43! Our award winning day camps provide fun, safe and confidence-building experiences for 3 to 14 year olds throughout the school holidays. And for parents, our service is unbeatable. We have a higher staff to child ratio than any other day camp provider in the UK.
Loved and trusted by parents, our ethos has always been to put children first. Every school holiday at Camp Beaumont is filled with adventure, inspiration, a wealth of activities and learning opportunities that just can’t be experienced at home.
