About the Role

As a key team member in the warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring all holiday camps receive well-presented equipment through our logistics partner. Your focus on safe and efficient warehouse operations will play a crucial role in meeting camp preparation deadlines.

Stock management will also be a crucial aspect of your role, ensuring a well-stocked inventory to support our camps during operational periods.

For management roles, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse meets budgetary requirements whilst also managing a small team of 1 to 3 people.

Please note that occasional weekend and late-night work may be required to fulfil these essential responsibilities.

What We Look For

To be eligible for warehouse roles at Camp Beaumont, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing small to medium warehouse operations.
  • Expertise in operating Long Wheelbase / Transit Vans and Fork Trucks.
  • Holds a valid and clean U.K. Driving License.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a keen sense of initiative.

The following criteria aren’t required, but are desirable:

  • Paediatric First Aid Qualification (preferred & supplied by us if required)
  • Emergency First Aid at Work Qualification (preferred & supplied by us if required)
  • Reach Truck Licence –provided if required, for the right candidate

Our camps run exclusively from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm to ensure your weekends remain free for relaxation and personal activities.
