About the Role

As a lifeguard at Camp Beaumont, your main responsibility will be to maintain the safety of all individuals using the swimming pool. Vigilance and strict adherence to the swimming pool code of conduct are essential to ensure safe and enjoyable swim sessions for everyone.

You will be required during the pool's opening hours, typically ranging from 2 to 4 hours a day. However, the opportunity to earn extra income is available through supporting other camp activities. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to contribute to a range of engaging and fun experiences, enhancing your skillset and making a positive impact on the campers' overall journey. What We Look For

  • To be considered for a lifeguard job at Camp Beaumont, you should meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Possess NPLQ level 2 certification
  • Availability to work during the School Holidays is essential
  • Must be a UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work IDs
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be provided)
  • Paediatric first aid certification is preferred

Join us on our journey at Camp Beaumont as we continue to grow and expand! We take pride in operating award-winning day camps for children aged 3 to 14 throughout the South of England like in London, Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire during school holidays.

To be part of our team, candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references. Additionally, you must have the legal right to live and work in the UK to be eligible for employment with Camp Beaumont.
