Running all summer-long from Mon to Fri at Dukeshouse Wood, you get to do loads of cool activities during the day then go home to your family every evening. We can even take the hassle out of getting to camp for your Mum & Dad with our coach service from local pick-up points.

Camps run from Monday to Friday.

Drop off: from 9am Camp Start: 9:30am

Set on a fellside in beautiful woodland
is Dukeshouse Wood, close to Newcastle and the Northumberland National Park. The location of this camp is perfect for campers wanting to study the English culture and language but also explore
a bit of Scotland on our excursion
to Edinburgh.
Outdoor Adventures
As well as all of the usual Camp Beaumont adventure activities, like High Ropes, Climbing and Zipwire, at Dukeshouse you can also do loads of exciting new outdoor pursuits. Whether you’re “outdoors-mad” or just want to try something a little bit different, we’ve got some fantastic and unique excursions like White Water Rafting, Pony Trekking and even Zorbing!
All-New Facilities
With a £2 million refurbishment of the centre during 2007, there’s all-new accommodation lodges with boys and girls sleeping in separate houses, divided by ages. We’ve built a great new Quad Bike Track, High Ropes course and Zipwire and new ICT and English Language classrooms.
