Selection Process

If you would like to apply for a Group Leader position, please complete the online application form. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis.

We will screen applications and applicants who are successful in this part of the process will be contacted and asked to undertake a telephone interview.

If you are successful in the telephone interview stage we will then ask you to attend an assessment being held as follows:

Friday 23rd April – Sunday 25th April 2010 at our Staffordshire Centre, Nr Albrighton, Wolverhampton.

If you pass the assessment we will then advise you of your start date. This will either be:
25th June 2010
Or
9th July 2010

Your first week will be a training course/induction where you will learn all the skills and knowledge you’ll need.

Applicants are required to be available for 6 – 8 weeks so please don’t apply if you aren’t available for this length of time.

Please be aware that, all staff will be required to undergo an Enhanced CRB check.
