If your child loves the thrill of a challenge, then they’ll definitely love our enormous outdoor activity park in the hills – a place where campers of all ages can fly through the air, explore the spectacular forest and create wonderful memories that will last for many years to come.
The Camp
Set deep in the beautiful Welsh valleys and surrounded by 130-acres of vast open spaces, rolling hills and natural woodland, Colomendy Valley is a definite ‘must go to’ destination for all adrenaline seekers, and the ultimate place for children to push all the boundaries and live life to the max, in a safe and secure environment. The huge site, in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, remains peaceful even when full, with vast open spaces, brimming with wildlife.

Activities
When it comes to extreme outdoor activities, be it overland, underground, on the water or even in the air, this camp has it all. Campers can brave dizzying heights on Jacob’s ladder and the 3G swing, hurtle through the air on our GIANT zipwire or explore deep ‘underground’ in our man-made caves. For those who love to make a splash and relish a ‘sink or swim’ challenge, we’ve even got our very own watersports lake.
7-15s can make the most of our Multi-Activity holiday, and we keep 16-17s entertained with The House!

Spend the day at one of the North’s most iconic cities, starting with a tour. Plus there’ll be plenty of free time in the afternoon to stock up on souvenirs.
- Chester Zoo - £35.00
Visit the UK’s Number 1 zoo, with over 7000 animals and 400 different species, including some very exotic and endangered species.
- Alton Towers - £41.00
There’s definitely something for everyone at one of the UK’s biggest theme parks, with plenty of thrills, laughs and frights to be enjoyed by all. Under 14s are supervised at all times, but our older campers are given the freedom to spend some time on their own in small groups.
- Cheshire Oaks - £20.00
Spend an afternoon exploring one of the UK’s largest designer outlet shopping malls (near Chester) -a trip sure to delight any shopaholic in training.
- Evening Excursions for The House! - £0.00
Make the most of locally based activities for an evening, including the cinema, bowling or ice-skating, as voted for by campers. These can be booked and paid for on arrival at camp.
