Immersed In Camp Life

This is a great beginning to a career working with children or in the community. Learn loads of new skills like team working, motivation & time-management, while assisting Group Leaders in teaching our younger campers.

Get Involved

Take part in practical training discussions on supervising, programming, safety and the day-to-day running of our camps. We’ll even give you complete control over organising an internal special event day - from concepts, right through to budgeting and event delivery.

Please note, you must be at least 16 years old at the start of camp, have loads of energy, enthusiasm, commitment & respect for children. You will have to have a friendly telephone interview with us before your booking is accepted. We highly recommend that Leadership campers spend one week on the Multi-Activity Holiday before they commence their week at Leadership camp to settle into camp life and understand camp structure.
