UK Outdoor Activity Adventure Jobs - Selection Process

Camp Beaumont is proud to be the leading day camp operator in London and the Home Counties and therefore we strive to recruit and train the very best staff. Our Selection Process is designed to find the most outstanding people for our Summer and Easter camps.

If your application form has been successful you will receive a telephone call to inform you that you are passing on to the next stage of the selection process and you will be allocated a time for a telephone interview.

All successful Head Group Leader and Head Nursery Leader applicants will then be required to have a face-to-face interview with a Senior Member of our Recruitment Team in London.

In order to prepare for this, we ask that you have a look through our website to have a good understanding of the values and expectations of a Camp Beaumont employee.

If your interview is successful you will be invited to an assessment morning, these will be taking place throughout the year. Click here for more information on the Assessment Morning.

Following a successful assessment you will be asked to remain for the afternoon in which we will be running an Intensive Training Session.

If you have applied for one of our Management Positions (Kiddy Karts Co-ordinator, Climbing Wall Co-ordinator, Senior Group Leader, Assstant Camp Director, Senior Nursery Leader, Camp Director) your selection process is more intense.
