Camp Beaumont is proud to be the leading day camp operator in London and the Home Counties and are in our 30th Year of operation. We therefore strive to recruit and train the very best staff. Our Selection Process is designed to find the most outstanding people for our Summer and Easter camps.
If your application form has been successful you will receive a telephone call to inform you that you are passing on to the next stage of the selection process and you will be allocated a time for a telephone interview.
All successful Head Group Leader and Head Nursery Leader applicants will then be required to have a face-to-face interview with a Senior Member of our Recruitment Team in our London Office.
In order to prepare for all stages of the interview process, we ask that you have a look through our website to have a good understanding of the position you have applied for and the values and expectations of a Camp Beaumont employee.
If your interview is successful you will be invited to an assessment day, these will be taking place throughout the year. Click here for more information on the assessment day.
Following a successful assessment during the morning, you will be asked to remain for the afternoon and attend an Intensive Training Session. This will include filling out a CRB form so you will be required to bring 3 forms of ID with you to the assessment day.
