	Working at Camp Beaumont is a world away from any other kind of work, you are part of a lively enthusiastic team who work in a stimulating community atmosphere that thrives on friendship and informality. Development Opportunities We look for warm, caring, talented individuals who have a good educational record and want to work with children. Our pre-camp training courses help develop your organisational skills and leadership qualities as well as helping you learn new skills and growing and developing as individuals. No day is ever the same as the activity programme changes daily ensuring the children (and staff) are always amused. However a typical day will start around 8.30am with registration before everyone goes to their assigned group for the first day's activity. Our campers are grouped according to their age and the number of groups will vary depending on the size of your camp. All groups operate on a staff ratio of approximately 1:8.
