Camp Coaches have the responsibility for the pastoral care, social wellbeing, supervision and safety of a group of young people at set times, including keeping them entertained during their free time and at meal times. You will be responsible for observing and supervising our young guests to ensure they are happy and enjoying their time with us, dealing with/escalating any concerns and acting as a role model for the children. You are like a big brother or sister - approachable, friendly and fun, having the answers to any questions they may have!
CAMP BEAUMONT LIFESTYLE
Life at our residential summer camps just doesn't stop and each day will be different! Working with young people in an outdoor environment offers a fresh contrast from the nine-to-five routine of traditional work. Nothing can beat the tremendous satisfaction you will get from creating an exciting adventure and learning environment for children. The Camp Coach role is residential so you will be living and working with the same people, creating the opportunity for independence and lifelong friendships! As well as having a whole lot of fun and developing your own skills through the Camp Beaumont experience.
