We are feeling inspired by all the free fitness classes available and thought we would share our pick of the best with you. Movement is so motivating as is a routine, so why not have a go at some free home workouts, and take part with your family.

Join the nation’s PE teacher, Joe Wicks, every morning at 9am as he gets everyone moving with fun energising exercises to start your day on a positive note. All you need to do is find a space, jump onto Joe’s YouTube channel and get going.

Fitness blender have created short 25 minutes exercises to do with your kids. This is a brilliant video that runs through three different games in order to help burn off extra energy.

The Guardian

Make your household items do some of the work! The Guardian has put together a fun guide on how to use household items as part of your fitness workout. You and your children could lift some water bottles, or canned goods to burn even more energy off.
