No summer camp would be complete without a great team onboard, so we make it our mission to find the very best people to come and work at Camp Beaumont. We look for those with bundles of enthusiasm, a passion for what they do and a genuine commitment to making a difference in every child’s life.
All camp staff, from instructors and house reps to the catering, transport, maintenance and security teams are CRB checked, trained in safety procedures and evaluated on an on-going basis. Each camp has a centre manager, camp director and fully trained first-aider on site, as well as a night duty manager available at all times. A dedicated NSPCC trained child protection officer is also on call at every camp.
CAMP COACHES
Our dedicated Welfare Team are all trained in health and safety and pastoral care. Camp Coaches are the approachable and friendly face (much like a big brother or sister) there to keep a responsible eye on our younger campers from dawn through to dusk, as well as answer any questions they might have.
ACTIVITY INSTRUCTORS
When it comes to any one of our outdoor adventure activities or even our various sports camps, safety and training is key. So as well as receiving ongoing updates on health and safety, first-aid and welfare, all instructors are internally and externally assessed on a regular basis to ensure our exacting high standards never slip.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
As the Camp Beaumont team is committed to delivering the highest standards of supervision and care at every camp, as a parent, you can have complete peace of mind knowing your child will always be in the very safest possible hands.
